Describe your training/ exercise philosophy.
Using my perspective as a former Athlete and my experience I’m
able to create unique fitness and nutrition programs that are
effective and realistic. I have had the opportunity to train in
multiple settings, with various techniques and coaching. I have
worked with all levels and age groups. Your exercise program will be
tailored to your health and fitness level, and medical conditions such
as diabetes, cancer, weight loss, heart disease, frailty, bone and
joint problems.

my passion for assisting individuals in conquering their life’s
challenges. I hope to be the inspiration to allow others to overcome,
conquer and develop their own willpower to step up and achieve a
healthy lifestyle.”

To what professional organizations do you belong?
I belong to the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and
Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) Certification.
Why did you become a personal trainer?
After I graduated from Azusa Pacific University where she was a member
of the Women’s basketball team. This led me to study Exercise Science
and created a passion for helping others to get in shape in the proper
way.
What is most exciting about your job?
Being able to educate, motivate and empower individuals to make
healthy lifestyle choices that will enhance their overall health,
fitness & quality of life.
What are your interests outside of your profession, hobbies, etc?
Snowboarding, Hiking, Golfing, and Cooking.
