Student athletes for Folsom High School & Vista del Lago High School
Every student athlete that would like to participate in a sport must have an athletic physical performed by a medical doctor. El Dorado Physical Therapy organizes a night during which students may come and receive an athletic physical.
The next date for athletic physicals:
Date: July 17, 2008
Time: 6:30 PM
Athletes will be taken on a first come first serve basis.
Where: Folsom Wellness and Sports Conditioning Center 990 Riley Street
Cost: $15
Proceeds from athletic physicals go to support the Sports Medicine Programs at Folsom and Vista del Lago High Schools.

As a part of our community service, El Dorado Physical Therapy provides athletic training services for athletes at Folsom, Oakridge, Ponderosa, and now Vista del Lago High Schools. The program consists of a free evaluation of the athlete's injury and two physical therapy sessions, if needed, at no cost.
Working much like a liaison between the athlete, parents, and the family physician, we will make recommendations as to the appropriate care of your son/daughter's injury. We will initiate rehabilitation services, if needed, free of charge for the first two visits following an evaluation. Further care can be provided for a reasonable fee depending upon the amount of time spent with the athlete. We accept health insurance that covers physical therapy.
